How to – Preserve Your Herbs

If you’re growing herbs in your garden, you may find that you have more than you can keep up with…at least, that’s usually what happens to me!

The solution is NOT to let them bolt and watch them grow out of control and then pull the whole thing up at the end of the season.  Yes, I speak from experience. :-)

The solution is to preserve them, of course!

2. Dry them (using a food dehydrator)

3. Freeze them in water

4. Freeze them in olive oil

5. Freeze them alone
