This is a story that I hesitate to share….simply because I didn’t get “after” pictures. So I hope you’ll bear with me.
The other day I had some pork chops thawing. We’d already made dinner with some, and had leftover, so I decided to improvise the dinner a couple of days later with what we had on hand.
Into the pot I threw: 3 pork chops, 3 chopped potatoes, and 3 chopped carrots.
I poured some olive oil over the top, and seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Cooked the whole dang thing over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to get those potatoes nice and crispy on both sides. Then we ate the dang thing up. Then I remembered I had not taken any pictures of the finished product.
